horizon_greene: Robert Smith eating an ice cream cone standing next to Simon Gallup (robert simon ice cream)

Ah yes, Robert helplessly and yet languidly collapsing to his hands and knees—perhaps for the benefit of a certain someone behind him? It's almost as if he'd had some practice doing so...

Oh, how lovely waking up for work and seeing this! Must have been one of those TV shows in Europe and the boys were drinking beforehand. It's the only way to explain Robert's submissive, sexy behavior here. I'm surprised Simon isn't taking a peek at that lovely upturned ass. I do wish Robert wasn't wearing that jacket tied around his waist. Silly boy is so self conscious of that bum. Dont know why, it is truly glorious!

Simon appears to be checking out the goods for a moment, but then glances away. Maybe he'd already gotten a good look at it earlier in the day - or knew he would later on. Or...perhaps both ;)

I do agree that the modesty is unfortunate, especially since I found his body very, very sexy for a number of years - despite his best efforts to disguise it!

I love to see Robert move on stage. There have been years in which he just stood still, hardly moving.
How can he be so sexy just with the simple act of falling to his knees?????

I think what's so sexy is how unorthodox his movements are. For a musician, he has very little rhythm, and his dancing is more like errant flailing (although I love it, don't get me wrong). Even the way he walks around the stage (slow, deliberate, adrift, often looking like his mind is turned inward) isn't what you see from most people fronting a band.

It's utterly fascinating. And when there's a bit of sensuality added to the mix, it's just devastating ❤️

I agree, Robert is very different than all other frontmen. He moves to what seems a personal inner rhythm that has not much to do with the music he's playing. And maybe because he's short-sighted or because he's allegedly shy before an oceanic audience, his gaze and mind seem turned inward.
