It hasn't been 100 near my house, but it might as well be-- I'm over it. Right now, in Michigan, it's topping off around 70, but it's around the 60s in general, I think, and it's wonderful.
I can almost do postseason baseball; it's certainly more entertaining since it's leading up to the world series and everyone that I know that likes either team is so excited. Last night, I watched a bit of the ass-whoopin' the Yanks laid on the Angels and it was kind of embarrassing.
I got distracted, so we didn't finish this convo, but if the very idea of Saw upsets you, then maybe you won't get what other people dig about it. I myself don't care much for them. I saw the first, the others just seem to be more of the same, with a little bit of side plot about the guy himself and the illness that set him off in the first place. This sort of gruesome for gruesome's sake without the victim having hardly a chance (how many actually think their way out of those traps?) has little appeal for me. I'm more of a fan of Freddy, Michael, et all, where they chase you down; waking up already assed-out is just no fun.
If that hangover is anything like the one I got after having popcorn and tequila, I don't envy you.
