(no subject)

I find myself reading Lil Wayne/Mary-Sue-with-multi-colored-color-changing-eyes-who-dies-of-leukemia het. I had to join a messageboard called Forever Weezy to read it. Seriously. What the hell is wrong with me? I have no self-discipline or basic sense of dignity anymore. I guess maybe I'm morbidly curious, or I'm just fandom-bored since I exhausted all of the slash within the first two days of looking for it, but it's a pathetic excuse either way.

I do have a new appreciation, though, for how slash insulates you from Mary Sues. I'd sort of forgotten that fic like this exists.

BTW I bought tickets for a Lil Wayne concert yesterday, god help us all.
