Not a birthDAY, more like a birthWEEK.

Thursday was spent covered in confetti and glitter at work; went out for lunch and amazing gelato with a friend. Friday was my birthday surprise with the fam: Thai food for dinner and then a Beatles tribute band at the Orpheum. Yesterday was the big pool party/BBQ at Audrey's. So much food, and way too much sangria. I baked my own birthday cake (chocolate, with chocolate mousse filling with fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream icing) and we all had way too much of that too. Next week I'm going out for another birthday lunch with a couple of coworkers. I'm kind of noticing a theme...
Tonight is basketball and Indian food. Might lay out by the pool for a while beforehand, but first, I'm going to have a piece of cake for breakfast, and then go to the gym ;)
